Welcome to the The Historic Nathaniel Wallace House.
Built in 1873, the Historic Wallace House is designated heritage site in Woodbridge ON, that promotes the natural and cultural heritage of our community.
The Historic Wallace House is committed to the ongoing community use and preservation of the Nathaniel Wallace House as a structure of heritage significance to Woodbridge and the City of Vaughan. Our mandate is to promote our natural and cultural heritage, and reflect the heritage of Woodbridge and contemporary cultural character of its community.
The Historic Wallace House is an independent community facility that is self-managed and guided by the Wallace House Committee, offering weekly drop-in programs and community events throughout the year. Programs are made possible by fundraising activities and charitable community donations.

This event is the highlight of our year. Vendors, food trucks, fire pits, ice sculptures, horse and wagon rides crafts, music, letters to Santa and so much more! Join us for a great kickoff to the season!

Recent Events
Italian Canadian Heritage Day - the Immigrant story - thank you to all who joined us on June 29th for our celebration of the Italian Immigrant story. We learned of the sacrifices, struggles and resilience of the new arrivals to Canada over the 20th century.
October 25 - Hallowe’en at the Wallace House. A fun, spooky event with lots of games, crafts, scary stories and more!
November 11th - Remembrance Day - Following the commemoration at the Cenotaph, the Wallace House was open with a collection of WW1 and WW2 unforms, newspaper clippings and other items from the two world wars.
